Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling:


Shipping and handling will be charged on all product orders. We ship by USPS Priority Mail.The shipping charge is set by USPS. There is a very small handling charge added to the actually shipping. If you need it faster, make a note in the comment field of how you would like us to ship it and we will calculate the charge when we ship your order, or you can call us at (508) 481-3458.



Processing Time:

Wayside strives to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours. Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Marlborough MA or "Drop Shipped" from the product's manufacturer. Wayside stocks thousands of items, however there are times that we get into a back order situation. If for any reason the item(s) are not able to ship within the alotted time you will be notified via email and/or phone.



"Drop Shipped" Merchandise:


Often, drop shipped items arrive just as quickly as items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Wayside continues to introduce you to the latest merchandise as soon as we hear from the manufacturer that they are introducing new merchandise.

The Holiday shopping season presents a unique and exciting challenge to us and all retailers. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, please understand that during the holidays processing and shipping could be slower. We suggest that you allot enough time when purchasing gifts for others.

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE!
