Shipping Policy
- Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping and handling will be charged on all product orders. The shipping and handling charge is as follows: There
will be a $9.50 base charge for all orders, and $1.00 charge for every $100.00 spent after the first $100.00. (e.g., if your total order is $75.00, you will be charged the base rate shipping and handling fee of $9.50. If your order is $250.00, you will be charged the base rate of $9.50, plus $2.00. We ship by UPS insured and US Mail. Shipping charges are for regular UPS Ground in the continental United States. Any other shipping requirements (such as APO's) will be calculated when the order is shipped. If you need it faster, make a note in the comment field of how you would like us to ship it and we will calculate the charge when we ship your order, or you can call us at (508) 481-3458.
- Processing Time:
- Wayside strives to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours. Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Marlborough MA or "Drop Shipped" from the product's manufacturer. Wayside stocks thousands of items, however there are times that we get into a back order situation. To save time we will have the manufacturer ship the item (s) directly to you at no additional cost. If for any reason the item(s) are not able to ship within the alotted time you will be notified via email.
- "Drop Shipped" Merchandise:
- Often, drop shipped items arrive just as quickly as items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Pre-Order Merchandise
- Wayside continues to introduce you to the latest merchandise as soon as we hear from the manufacturer that they are introducing new merchandise.
- Holiday Shipping
- The Holiday shopping season presents a unique and exciting challenge to us and all retailers. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, please understand that during the holidays processing and shipping could be slower. We suggest that you allot enough time when purchasing gifts for others.
- Additional Shipping charges:
- There are a few items that will incurre additional shipping charges for various reasons. The items are as follows:
