- Returns Policy:

- All claims for broken, defective or demaged merchadise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of said merchadise.
- Broken merchandise. It is the buyers responsibility to call the local UPS office. All packing must be kept regardless of apparent damage to packaging. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.
- The item may be returned to the location from which it was shipped. All returns must be insured for the value of the item.
Defective items will be replaced if replacement is available.
- Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:
- The request was made more than ten (10) days after receipt.
- The item is returned without and outer carton.
- The item is returned without original box and paperwork.
- The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling.
- You did not keep the orginal shipping carton for the UPS inspector.
- The item is returned in non-salable condition.
