In developing White Mountain®Kettle Corn our goal was to produce a
delicious, crispy, healthy snack, as low in oil, sugar and salt as
possible. We also focused on making White Mountain® Kettle Corn a
gluten-free, all-natural, high whole grain snack by keeping it "clean,"
that is, by not adding coloring, preservatives or any other additives.
After experimenting with many, many batches, we had created a recipe
and cooking method that produced a kettle corn which met our "healthy
snack" goal and pleased our large group of fussy taste-testers.
